What file format should I upload?
We accept PNG, JPG, TIFF, and PDF. For best results, submit a PDF or high-resolution PNG/TIFF at 100–150 DPI at the final print size. Our configurator will flag any resolution issues before you check out.
What resolution do I need?
For banners, 100–150 DPI at the actual print size is ideal. Because banners are typically viewed from a distance, you don't need the same resolution as a business card. Our upload tool will estimate your DPI and warn you if it's too low.
Do you offer custom sizes not listed on the builder?
Yes — our configurator covers 12 standard sizes, but we can print virtually any size. Contact us through our contact page for a custom quote on non-standard dimensions.
Can I get same-day printing?
Yes! Same-day printing is available on most banner orders placed before noon, Monday through Friday, and your file is print-ready. Call or message us to confirm availability before placing your order if timing is critical.
Are the banners suitable for outdoor use?
Absolutely. Our 13 oz vinyl with eco-solvent inks is UV-resistant and weather-resistant, making it ideal for outdoor use in sun, wind, and light rain. For extended outdoor display, we recommend corners and edge grommets for secure hanging.
What if my file has a problem?
Every order goes through a prepress review before printing. If we spot a resolution issue, sizing mismatch, or anything that could affect print quality, we'll reach out to you before running the job. Our configurator also flags common issues at upload time.
