Common questions, straight answers.
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
Our minimum is 24 pieces per design per print location. This applies whether we're supplying the garments or you are. For smaller quantities, check out our DTF (Direct to Film) printing — it's a great option for short runs with no minimums.
How much does screen setup cost?
Screen setup is $25 per color, per design. So a 2-color design requires 2 screens at $50 total in setup fees. The good news — screens are kept on file, so reorders of the same design don't pay setup again.
What file format do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal for screen printing because they scale without losing quality. High-resolution raster files (300 DPI at print size) also work. Not sure if your file is ready? Send it over and we'll take a look — our art team can help prepare it if needed.
Can I mix sizes in my order?
Yes — you can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL, etc.) within your order as long as you meet the 24-piece minimum total. Some size breakdowns may affect pricing for larger sizes like 2XL and up, which typically have a small upcharge.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush orders may be available depending on our current workload. Contact us before placing your order if you have a tight deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Can I print on items I bring in?
Yes — we print on customer-supplied garments. Items should be clean, unwashed, and free of any coatings or treatments that could interfere with ink adhesion. We recommend discussing this with us before dropping off your items.
What's the difference between screen printing and DTF?
Screen printing uses ink pushed through a mesh screen — it's ideal for larger quantities, bold colors, and a durable print with a classic feel. DTF (Direct to Film) is better for small runs, full-color photographic designs, and orders under 24 pieces. We offer both — we can help you choose the right method for your project.
