Send us your design along with your cut type, size, and quantity. Vector files or high-res PNGs work best. Need a design? We can help with that too.
Your design is printed using our eco-solvent printer onto premium Substance Icon PM-2755 vinyl for vivid, accurate color.
After printing, the vinyl needs to off-gas for at least 24 hours before laminating. This ensures the overlaminate bonds properly for maximum durability.
This step is why we don't rush — it's what makes your stickers last.
Once laminated and cured, your stickers are cut to shape using our Graphtec cutter and packaged for pickup or shipping.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 50 stickers. This applies to all cut styles and sizes. The minimum helps us maintain efficiency and keep pricing competitive for our customers.
Why does it take 2–3 days?
After printing, eco-solvent ink needs to off-gas before the overlaminate can be applied. We let the vinyl rest for at least 24 hours before laminating to ensure the protective layer bonds properly. Skipping this step leads to peeling and bubbling — so we don't skip it. It's one of the reasons our stickers last.
Are your stickers waterproof and UV resistant?
Yes. Our laminated vinyl stickers are waterproof, scratch resistant, and UV resistant. They're suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including vehicles, windows, coolers, and outdoor equipment.
What file format do you need?
For the best results, send us a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI or higher at your desired print size. If you only have a low-res file, our design team can help clean it up.
What's the difference between die cut and kiss cut?
Die cut stickers are cut all the way through the vinyl and backing to the exact shape of your design — you get individual stickers with no extra material. Kiss cut stickers are only cut through the vinyl, leaving the backing sheet intact. This makes them easier to peel and is ideal for sticker sheets or designs that are handed out frequently.
Can you do sticker sheets with multiple designs?
Yes — sticker sheets are one of our most popular options. We can arrange multiple designs or sizes on a single sheet, kiss cut to the vinyl so each sticker peels off easily. Great for variety packs, product packaging inserts, and promotional giveaways.

Yes — if you don't have a print-ready file, our in-house design team can create or prepare your artwork. Contact us for design pricing and we'll get you set up before production begins.
